[Dev Update] New Features Coming to the Steam Version of Climb! Nyaruma Action Puzzle


Hello everyone!

I’m the developer of Climb! Nyaruma Action Puzzle.

Thank you to those who have already played the mobile version!
We are currently preparing for the Steam release (planned for the end of September).

For the Steam version, we’ve optimized the game for widescreen play and added several improvements to both the UI and controls.
Here’s a summary of what’s new:

🔹 Improved Visibility

  • Upcoming blocks and items are now displayed up to 6 steps ahead on the right UI
     → Makes it easier to plan your strategy in advance.
  • Added a zoomed-in view of Nyaruma at the lower left
     → Nyaruma’s detailed movements are easier to follow.
  • Enhanced use of the zoom frame
     → When items are collected or gimmick floors are triggered, effects appear around the frame, making the situation instantly recognizable.
     → For invincibility, a color bar shows the remaining duration, adding more tension and strategic depth to gameplay.

🔹 PC-Specific Features

  • Screen resolution settings
  • Fullscreen / windowed mode switching
  • Complete keyboard support for all actions

These improvements make the game much more comfortable to play on PC.

🔹 About Gamepad Support

We tested partial controller support, but due to an issue where inputs sometimes stop responding during screen transitions, gamepad support will not be available at launch.
We plan to add it in a future update once the problem is resolved.

🔹 Steam Release Timeline

The Steam release is currently scheduled for the end of September.

With all these improvements, Climb! Nyaruma Action Puzzle is evolving into an even more enjoyable experience on PC.
